What's the interview process like?
For full-timers, we typically do 1-2 phone screens with the founders to make sure we're all aligned on expectations. Following that, we'd invite you down for a full day onsite where you'll get to meet the team, have meals with us and dive in to a spread of tech and non-tech discussions.
For interns, depending on the role, we'd have a combination of phone screens and on-site interviews.
