Job Description
At Hypotenuse, interns aren’t here to sit on the sidelines or buy coffee. We empower you to make decisions, contribute creatively and think critically. We want self-starters who are entrepreneurial and want a taste of working in a high-growth, fast-moving start-up.
We're looking for self-starters who want to work in a high-growth, fast-moving start-up. As a Marketing Intern, you will be creating content for multiple channels, driving outreach efforts, and working on SEO.
Responsibilities
- Craft engaging, SEO-optimized blog articles that resonate with our audience and improve search engine visibility
- Edit and refine website content to improve its appeal, readability, and SEO performance
- Create content for help guides, email newsletters, product announcements, advertisements and social media campaigns
- Drive outreach efforts for influencer collaborations and backlink opportunities to strengthen our online presence
- Conduct market research to identify trends, audience insights, and competitor activities
- As a start-up, you'll have a chance to wear multiple hats and get exposed to other business and technical functions as well!
Requirements
- Excellent command of the English language
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to craft engaging content in different formats and for multiple channels
- An eye for detail and the ability to create polished, high-quality content
- Committed, organized, and able to work well with deadlines
- An experimental mindset and ability to learn fast
- Love working with a driven, fast-paced, and passionate team
- Ideally some experience in copywriting, linguistics, or psychology
- Ideally able to commit for 4-6 months
Bonus
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as GA4, Google Ads, and Google Search Console
- An understanding of SEO and experience working with SaaS platforms
- Some experience in design tools like Canva and Figma
