The role ✨
This role is an essential part of the company given our customer-obsessed nature, and it will span across both customer support and assisting with other operational functions in the company.
Your responsibilities include:
- Support operational processes in the company, including hiring, company operations and user operations.
- You’ll be the first point of contact in helping to address customer queries promptly, effectively and in a manner that upholds our customer-centric values.
- Includes handling live chat conversations, email support and helping users to debug our platform with us
We're looking for individuals who can learn quickly, adapt and thrive in such a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent working proficiency in written English (ideally native English communicator)
- Fast learner that's motivated and committed: always ready for new challenges and responsibilities
- Able to craft friendly and professional responses to users
- Customer-obsessed, with a genuine heart to help users solve problems
- Organized, and able to learn quickly on performing operational tasks
- (ideally) experience with VA tasks
